AddressThe Purpose
To supervise and direct the Concessions team to effectively carry out all necessary tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
The Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Supervise all areas of the Concessions stand.
· Ensure adequate stock available and in place for all times of business.
· Ensure stock rotation is carried out on Concessions areas.
· Oversee the stand set up appropriate to business levels.
· Educate and maintain correct portion control.
· Train and enforce correct Mystery Shopper criteria.
· Ensure staff awareness of Concessions offers.
· Ensure Health & hygiene is maintained to expected standards (including completion of correct documentation).
· Oversee the completion of daily duties and additional tasks.
· Communicate with management team regarding necessary staffing levels.
· Oversee effective training of new and existing Concessions stand members.
· Liaise with Duty managers to provide effective control of all areas of responsibility.
· (Including labour control).
· Carry out all reasonable requests from management team.
Experience Required
Experience of a food and beverage stand / coffee service essential
Other
The successful candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of leadership skills.
Motivation and performance management of the Concessions stand team.
The candidate must have availability to cover key shifts within these hours:
· Friday - 6pm to 12am
· Saturday - 9am to 6pm - 6pm to 12am
· Sunday - 9am to 8pm
· Monday - 5pm to 12.30am
· Tuesday - 5pm to 12.30am
· Wednesday - 5pm to 12.30am
· Thursday - 5pm to 12.30am
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From £10.92 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
