Supplier Helpdesk Coordinator - Fixed term until December 2024
Working with Asda's Commercial Future team you will be part of the team responsible for supporting in the successful transition of suppliers onto our new supplier portal platform, interacting and managing supplier queries and troubleshooting issues implementation. This will involve supporting the commercial function with the transition and embedment of our new Supplier Portal solution, both externally with our supplier user base and related internal colleague platforms and processes, where applicable.
This role will work closely with multiple business teams across Asda such as Finance, Asda Technology, Asda Service Centre and the Commercial team, as well as working externally with our suppliers.

-Be proactive in managing issues and able to drive information gathering exercises to help resolve.
-Knowledge of process mapping and creating supporting documentation.

Your Role
-Driving process efficiencies within the new ServiceNow platform including identifying issues from suppliers through their feedback, that require fixes or system development as part of the new platform rollout.
-Supporting with external and internal user controls creation/maintenance/investigation.
-Creating process and knowledge documentation to support other business teams and colleagues, including the Asda Supplier helpdesk to support them in better serving our suppliers.
-Work with business teams on implementation and end to end execution of new processes, as we transition suppliers on to the new platform
-Connection between the Commercial function and the delivery of new processes into other functions/helpdesks.
-Involved with defining and testing new functionality within relevant platforms to support the transition.
