Our client currently has an opportunity for a Helpdesk Coordinator to be based on a large commercial site which is based in Worcester Park.
As a company they can offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension as well as further training courses. The site also has on site facilities and free car parking at the site.
Duties will include
- Orienteering PPM records
- CAFM Systems
- Reports and Logbooks
- Phone calls and Mailboxes
- Meet and greet
- Working the reception desk
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Soft services and general receptionist duties
