We are looking for someone who is available immediately to join a fantastic property company based in South Kensington, as a Property Assistant and Helpdesk Coordinator on a 6 month FTC.
Responsibility:
- Administering the helpdesk, and proactively supporting the Residential team and the wider Property team as required
- Working closely with other property assistants to ensure shared knowledge and ability to support/cover each other in busy periods or in absence
- Daily administration tasks for the wider property team; fielding calls, diary management, filing, data entry, mail merges, photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, mailings/posting etc
- Ad hoc reception and office management tasks - alongside other assistants, ensuring reception is manned at all times, welcoming visitors, collectively ensuring the office is presentable and equipped.
