Do you have previous administration experience and excellent communication skills ?
Are you proficient in Word and Excel ?

As a Supply Chain Administrator you are not just managing mundane tasks, you are conducting a symphony of efficiency and precision.
- Checking the in-transit report and logging goods received
- Seamlessly merging Purchase Orders
- Processing and uploading of information on to the Customer Database
- Tracking pack and spare part shipments and liaising with couriers and service providers
- Creating invoices
- Ensuring all stock inventory spreadsheets are updated regularly
- Assisting when required with packing and shipping of specific items
- Full administrative support within the Supply Chain and Logistics department
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is looking for a Fixed Term Contract until September 2024
This role is offered on a hybrid basis and is working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the option of flexitime hours, free parking is also available
