Summary
Providing and efficient and effective administration support service for the supply management team.
General duties to include
- End to end administration of customer purchase orders
- Receipt of material purchases
- Inspection of receive goods
- Inventory control (including cycle-counting), ensuring adequate materials are available to maintain production output
- Order picking, collation and shipping
- Booking collections with carriers
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Maintain good housekeeping of work area
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous administration skills
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping preferred
- Good understanding of ERP systems
- IT literacy
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organised and methodical with good time management
