The role will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team including spreadsheet/report creation and manipulation, managing, and updating the ERP system, input into supplier KPI's, vendor quotes and cost trackers.
The roles & responsibilities are to -
Support daily Supply Chain tasks including order processing, open order book control.
Maintaining accurate records on the computer system alongside helping to organise the running of our sample's room.
Following up on quality issues and procedures, internal and external.
Contribute to the development, efficiency, and success of our supplier relations processes and internal team members
Ad hoc tasks/projects as required by the Supply Chain Manager and Buyer.
Assist and support the Supply Chain Manager/Buyer in preparation for internal and external meetings.
Required Skills and Experience
Comprehensive command of English, both written and verbal
