Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client is a leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services in the aviation industry. Their customer base includes leading airlines and engine overhaul facilities worldwide, making them a trusted name in the aviation industry.

They are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Irvine, Ayrshire.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain process for aviation MRO operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to optimize Supply Chain operations and maintain high levels of efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of critical aircraft components and materials, ensuring timely procurement to support maintenance schedules.
• Manage transportation logistics for aircraft parts and equipment, including arranging shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Implement and maintain best practices for Supply Chain management in the aviation MRO industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Analyse Supply Chain data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

To be successful for the roles, candidates will ideally meet all or most of the following requirements:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain coordination, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
• General understanding of aviation MRO Supply Chain principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other ERP software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
