Description
The Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain, including procurement and inventory management.
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee Customer Service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet the company's goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager should have:
