We're looking for a driven and highly motivated individual to join us as a Supply Chain Development Lead.Based out of either Wakefield, Runcorn, or Birmingham this role is for 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. About Us:PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality Supply Chain service to our customers, who include pharmacy, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA, and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. About the opportunity:Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Development in this role you will be integral in shaping and leading projects and initiatives across Phoenix Healthcare Distribution. Ensuring the effective implementation of best practices, to support the Supply Chain Development Team in delivering and governing consistency of standards relating to regulatory compliance, commercial value, and customer service. Travel will be vital in this role, so a full UK Drivers licence is essential. Successful candidates must be:Confident in owning the design and delivery of point-in-time initiatives to drive improvements to the wholesale network.Analytically minded and able to review and advise on process improvements to business-as-usual operations. Ensuring regulatory compliance, competitive positioning, commercial value, and high levels of customer service.Able to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences.
