Sales Coordinator
Work Location: Bardon, Leicester
Role Type: 12 month FTC, 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am - 12pm with an afternoon off the following
Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office

Autoglass ® are pleased to bring an opportunity to the market for someone who has had experience within a Sales, Account Management or Customer Service environment who is now looking to build on those skills within a growing business.
Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day ongoing account management at a local, regional and; national level. You will improve account retention and take up rate by adding value through regular “check-in” calls, and by resolving operational issues and price queries as they arise, which in turn will contribute to developing stable and long-term relationships with clients and their customers.
You’ll pro-actively engage in outbound conversations with customers on a regular basis to engage and maintain good customer relationships. Collaboration with external Account Managers to feedback and provide information which will build good customer relationships and improve retention is a key part of this role/
You’ll contribute to the sales strategy by identifying opportunities for growth, and by adding value to existing client relationships as well as collaborating with Laddaw® Operations and other areas of the business as necessary to improve service performance.
Take ownership of client escalations and manage through to resolution to help improve the customer journey and support relationships. You’ll maintain regular reports and perform Gap analysis for stakeholders as deemed appropriate and to follow up with exceptions or other reporting needs.
The successful candidate will maximise the value and insight from the customer relationship management package or other systems used by the business, by creating and maintaining changes to the system, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and by maintaining data quality across the system.
If you have previous sales or account management experience, we’d love to hear from you, however this is not essential as we are open to supporting you develop these skills. What we would like to see is someone motivated and driven to provide an excellent customer experience across all the accounts they’ll manage. You’ll need to be comfortable speaking with customers directly so experience in either a phone-based environment or a retail setting is ideal.
You’ll also be working with a variety of departments across the business so the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels is highly desirable.
