Role Profile
Due to continued year on year growth, a support role is required to support the day-to-day operational tasks within the Supply Chain & logistics teams.
- Support Customer Care & Transport Partners with Transport queries (for example Returned Shipments, Failed collections, missing documentation, customs issues)
- To work with the credit team to resolve credit queries.
- To create and manage buyback transport requests/documentation.
- To manage 3rd party Logistics partner - arranging shipments back to suppliers, resolving any incorrect shipments.
- To support to Manager with any monthly reporting requirements.
- To maintain and update backend internal and external parts list / address database.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent on word, excel, ppt.
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional handling of all internal and external communications with regards to quality.
- Good attention to detail when dealing with goods in
- Strong time management for the control of self-workload.
- Good team player.
- Flexible in supporting business needs
