The company is split into four separate divisions mainly dealing with the design and manufacturing of secondary access metal work. Such as metal flooring walkways and fire escapes.
The day to day for the role will see the candidate identifying and implementing company purchasing strategies and establishing procurement and purchasing systems whilst ensuring Supply Chain process meet legal requirements both from an internal process and supplier perspective.
The ideal candidate will be CIPS qualified and experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry as well as knowledge within a SME environment and implementing best practices for the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company who can take control of projects as well as having a clear progression route to senior positions.
The Role

• Analysing and evaluating supply and chain and procurement related data
• Creating purchasing procedures to perform day to day purchasing tasks.
• Site Based

The Person

• Previous Supply Chain management experience
• Commutable to Wolverhampton
