SalaryAn established UK based Food Manufacturer requires an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage the daily operations and oversee the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Partner at their newly opening Redditch site. Reporting to the D2C Head of Supply Chain, this is an exciting time to join the company and help shape its growth and development.
Successful candidate for the role of Supply Chain Manager will be driven, customer focused and possess energy and commitment. The role of Supply Chain Manager is offered as a permanent contract with competitive salary plus bonus and the opportunity to progress. Based in Redditch, travel to Head Office in Norfolk once or twice a month will be required.
Duties of Supply Chain Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day fulfilment operation of Third-Party Logistics Partner (3PL)
- Collaborate with 3PL to optimise the operation improving key KPls and reducing cost
- Demand planning - manage the stock inventory levels of stock and packaging including planning and managing the stock transfers
- Ownership of the 'order to cash' process within SAP
- Innovate to find solutions as complexity increases due to volume and marketing initiatives
Skills and attributes required by Supply Chain Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years in D2C fulfilment operations
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership experience across operation teams
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- A natural collaborator and team player
- Entrepreneurial drive to scale industry-leading D2C brand
- Working understanding of 'Snap Fulfil' Warehouse management system (desirable)
- Working understanding of 'nShift' delivery management system (desirable)

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire (Norfolk monthly)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working hours can be flexible
Salary: GBP35,000 p.a. - GBP40,000 p.a. plus 10% Bonus
