The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and ideally show proficiency in SAP.

Description
As the Supply Chain Manager you will oversee scheduling (order placement), customer services, demand planning, import, freight / 3PL management ensuring smooth operations.Implement strategies to enhance performance and productivity within the team, with a objective of managing a growing operation.Optimise the use of SAP for effective resource management and productivity.Support stakeholders to deliver on both customer and company objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers (internal & external)Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Lead and motivate the team to meet operational goals.Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the Life Science (or similar regulated environment) industry.Ideally a proficiency in SAP.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and suppliers.Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Job Offer
