- Lead a series of standalone projects within the Supply Chain function.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Manage change initiatives and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to map out processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support the existing management team during a period of rapid growth and ERP implementation.
- Contribute to business acquisition and integration efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Background in merchandising or retail.
- Proven experience in project management and change management.
- Strong skills in data analysis and process mapping.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Power BI.
- Experience in business acquisition and integration.
