Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Raw Material Procurement:

• Manage raw material inventory and mitigate risks to the Supply Chain.
• MRP Processing and Analysis:
• Process MRP data with a keen eye for detail and manage purchase orders effectively.

Daily Reporting:

• Provide daily reports on shortages, deliveries, and urgent requirements.
• Forecasting:
• Distribute accurate forecast information to suppliers for streamlined operations.

Supplier Analysis:

• Analyse and report on supplier price changes to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Proactively liaise with Warehouse, Commercial, Planning, Stock Management, and Production teams.

Inventory Management:

• Minimize inventory level exposure considering MOQs and price increases.

System Accuracy:

• Ensure the accuracy of data within the ERP/MRP systems.

Administration and Reporting:

• Perform necessary administrative tasks and generate reports as required.

Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain management or a relevant degree in Business or Operations Management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.

• A team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Experience in the medical sector would be advantageous.
