SalaryTeacherActive are looking to grow our pool of Supply Teachers to support growing demand from our partner schools around Gillingham and across Medway. As a Supply Teacher you will be responsible for supervising classes of students and delivering planned cover work provided by the class teacher. A Supply Teacher role is ideal for recent graduates looking to pursue a career in education, or for educators that have experience of coaching and training school aged students.
A successful Supply Teacher will have:
• Degree qualified• Experience with supervising Children within a school setting
• Experience working within a Secondary Setting, or coaching secondary aged students
• A good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Excellent behavioural management
