About the role

ABC Teachers is seeking experienced and passionate General Cover Supply Teachers to join our team and make a positive impact on secondary schools across the Telford area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
• Providing general cover for absent teachers.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adhering to school policies and procedures.

We work with many established Secondary School's in the area, who enjoy having staff back on a regular basis. This could lead to long-term opportunities within the schools you work within.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher- All subjects you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
