Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation - based on the outskirts of Halstead, they are looking to add a 'Support Administrator' to their friendly and vibrant team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the agents and account managers with all admin and commercial support tasks.
Key duties include:
Maintain the company values at all times when interacting with colleagues and clients
Ensure company appointed processes are adhered to at all times
Set up new applications onto the company database and log data accordingly
Arrange appointments with external business partners
Create and compile reports
Raise invoices on internal systems
Write reports for business purposes
ADHOC administration tasks
Skills required:
Strong administration skills, keeping file notes up to date
Good telephone manner and strong written communication skills
Able to use own initiative
Adaptable, Team player
Diligent & Resilient
