Job Details
We are recruiting for 2 full time permanent vacancies working in the Pensions Team (Fife Pension Fund) within the Finance Service. One role is within the Pensions/Payroll Team with the other in the Pensions Administration Team.
- Process the calculations of leaver’s pension benefits via the Pension Administration system, Altair. Generation and amendment of letters and documents and the issue to scheme members.
- Process the calculations and payments of refund payments via the Pension Administration system, Altair. Generation and amendment of letters and documents and the issue to scheme members.
- Scanning and Indexing documents to Pension Administration system Altair using scanning software.
- Process new starters of the scheme, creation of records, via the Pension Administration system, Altair. Generation and amendment of letters and documents and the issue to scheme members.
- providing a pension payment service to pensioners including creation of new pensioners records.
- Interact with customers either on the telephone, by email or in person.
- Maintain accurate records with a high level of attention to detail.
The Person
You will need to demonstrate the below points:
- Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Customer Care skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
- Experience of working to regulations and legislation
