Salary: GBP42,000 to GBP47,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join the theatre team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Beckenham area

The main duties of the Clinical Lead role include:

• The primary objective of the Clinical Lead position is to provide clinical support within the department, fostering and maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
• The Clinical Lead assumes accountability for guiding the department, working under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) for smaller and medium-sized hospitals, or the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) for larger and flagship hospitals.
• The role involves overseeing the assignment, supervision, and guidance of personnel within the clinical domain, assisting the hospital management team in delivering Clinical Leadership.
• Additionally, ensuring the maintenance of proper written documentation and legal records in accordance with accepted practices and required standards is part of the role

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
• Experience in Endoscopy and General is essential, experience in Gynae, Urology, ENT and Orthopaedic is desirable
