Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse
Location: Near Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £23.50 phr +

Position Overview:
My client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess an active PIN and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). The successful candidate must have prior experience working as a nurse in a nursing home setting.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the clinical operations of the nursing home.
Providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff.
Ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
Conducting assessments, creating care plans, and monitoring residents' health.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimise resident care.
Upholding regulatory standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
Providing mentorship and training to staff members.
Requirements:
Active PIN and registration with the NMC.
Previous experience working as a nurse in a nursing home.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to providing compassionate care to residents.
2 days supernumerary and 2 days on the floor per week.
