Due to our continued success, we have an exciting new Support Manager opportunity within our operations team.

This role offers fantastic progression prospects into a full time account/senior account manager for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
· Working closely with the operations director/senior account managers to attend site visits and quality control audits.
· Face to face interactions with customers and staff.
· Staff inductions.
· Reporting of poor quality of service.
Skills & Experience:
· Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector
· Customer service and relationship building skills
· Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
· Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment.
· Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites
· Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed
· You must be flexible to work as this is not a 9 to 5 position.
· Be of a smart and professional appearance
