As a Support Officer - Migration, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Strategic Manager - Migration. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Assisting with the coordination and management of migration-related projects and initiatives
- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and policy development
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organisations and community groups
- Handling enquiries and providing information to individuals and families affected by migration
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of people
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in their work
- Proficiency in using IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
