What you'll do:
As a Customer Support Officer for SUEZ you will be at the forefront of the business engaging directly with our valued customers across the South West providing top notch service and addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Taking calls from our customers.
- Replying to and sending emails.
- Raising cases on Salesforce.
- Promote our services and support the retentions team during upselling campaigns.
- Liaise with functional departments that may impact on customer relations / retention.
Salary: £23,373.00
Location: Worle, Weston-Super-Mare
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Once fully trained in the role you have the option to work from home 2 days per week.

- Have excellent communication skills on both telephone and email.
- Have a positive can-do attitude with the desire to go the extra mile.
Desirable:
- Experience using Salesforce (training will be provided).
