Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’. We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over 100 national and regional awards! We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Aberdeen. We support three people who like to be mobile but do require some support. The role is based in a two story detached house. They are proud of their appearance and their home, especially their bedrooms. When not out and about they enjoy jigsaws, soaps on TV, puzzles, playing games on their tablets and listening to music. They also like to visit nearby coffee shops to chat with locals and to fundraise. They are a happy group who do not like to sit in the house all day. There is always a sleepover on shift from 10am to 10am. We also have two 8am to 3pm shifts and one from 3pm to 10pm. You will be joining an award-winning charity, in an exciting role where you can transform someone else's life while transforming your own too! Whatever your background, there is a rewarding career in care for you - one where you can follow your passions and learn new skills too. Driver is essential for this role and the shifts will include weekend working.
