A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Worker in the Thornaby area of Stockton-on-Tees.
We are looking for a flexible, driven, committed, reliable individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, Also the ability to follow clear plans set out by rehabilitation professionals. Candidates must have an empathetic, sensitive, and dynamic approach, and the ability to maximise the client’s choice and control over his activities.

- Taking the client to appointments, Recreational activities.
- This is an ongoing package – 1 – 1 support (Temp to Perm)
- Successful candidate must be able to drive.
- Experience with working with brain injury desirable but not essential.
- No personal care involved
