Rates of Pay

£11.91 an hour - £13.62 an hour

*£60 per night for sleeping in shifts

Day range

• Monday to Friday
• Every other weekend

About Crimson Hill Support

• We provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities who live in their own homes within the community.
• Our aim is to empower, encourage and enable people to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of the community, by using a person centred approach.
• We provide comprehensive induction training and the opportunity to shadow experienced staff as well as career prospects.
• There is a crisis team where individuals in crisis are refered to help prevent hospital admissions. We work with them in looking at a positive behaviour approach for them to move back to their home or care setting.

The Role

• The role involves travel due to various locations of our service users homes.
• Not every day is the same, you would need to work with the people we support to help them complete all aspects of their day-to-day support. This can include personal care, cooking, cleaning, medications, finances and managing some behaviours which may challenge.
• You would be apart of a dedicated team for each of the people we support, so you will get to know the people you support very well.
• There are opportunities to develop your career with Diplomas in Health and Social Care at levels 3 and 4. Funded by Crimson Hill Support.
