Job Title: Support Worker
Role Type: Temporary – 4 – 6 weeks+
Salary: £13.62 PAYE - £14.29 Umbrella

- Collaborate with the Manager and Senior Support Worker to develop innovative and effective practices to support veterans in leading fulfilling and independent lives
- Provide essential support for veterans to maximize their independence
- Ensure veterans are actively involved at all levels in the project's operations
- Experience in housing and tenancy support
- Proficiency in mental health support
- Background in ex-veterans support
- Strong support planning skills
- Ability to conduct risk and needs assessments
- Relevant certification or training in healthcare and social services
- Previous experience working with diverse communities
- Understanding of statutory and charitable support systems
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
- Understanding of risk management in mental health settings
