join our family-run care team in Clophill
We are currently seeking caring and compassionate female Support Workers to join our friendly team, assisting a 61 year old female with acquired brain injury and providing one-to-one support to her at home and in the community.
Her Support Workers assist her with daily routines, housekeeping duties and meal prep and most importantly, getting out and about socially and enjoying life and her hobbies. The client loves music, photography, fashion and going out for coffees locally.
Staff provide both day and sleep-in night support.
Day shifts 7.30am - 10pm and sleep in 10pm to 8am includes 30 mins handover time
Rates of pay: £14.00 ph weekdays, £16.00 ph weekends, sleep in nights paid at £10.42 ph
Location: MK45
A successful candidate will offer:
Prior experience in care or support work, ideally with adults with physical and memory support needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full, clean driver s licence and able to drive manual car
- A good sense of humour
