Job description

Are you looking for a truly rewarding new role?

One where you can feel really fulfilled whilst helping others to lead their best life possible?

Would you like to work with great people, a fun team and supportive leaders?

Do you have a full UK Driving licence?   We would love you to be able to drive our service cars, to take the people we support out in the community!

Do you love to go the extra mile for other people, to make them feel valued and respected?

Do you want to enable the people you support to live their best life? This could include, not just the usual day-to-day routines, like cooking and cleaning and personal care.  But also, the fun things in life! Going out into the local community, or further afield!  Going for a coffee, or out for a walk? Or maybe a trip out with the rest of team, and the people we support, to a disco? Or on a road trip? The possibilities are endless!

Are you flexible in your working hours, looking for daytime and sleep in shifts from 16 - 30 hours a week?

Can you see yourself working for a multi award-winning Charity, that invests all of its profits back into the service and local community?
There are other great benefits too: -
  • Wear your own casual clothes, as we do not have a uniform!
  • Shopping discounts scheme - free blue light card!
  • You will be entitled to 28 days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays for full time, (part time is worked out on a pro-rata basis) and a workplace Pension scheme too
  • Ongoing continued professional development and progression opportunities
  • Recommend a Friend Bonus scheme
  • Financial Hardship Fund
  • Free wellbeing advice and support options
