Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agency practice, are looking to recruit a Head of Finance to join their growing organisation. This role comes with a great deal of responsibility, working closely with the company Directors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in making and advising on key finance decisions within the business. The role will initially be based in North West Norfolk with an option to work in various locations in Norfolk after training period.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM
The successful candidate for the role of Head of Finance will be offered:
- On Target Earnings of £60,000

Head of Finance Responsibilities:
- Accounts reconciliations
- Purchase invoices
- Managing Cash flow
- Payments to suppliers
- Preparing Payroll
- Monthly Management accounts preparation
- VAT returns
- Budget preparation
- Assisting with annual accounts
- Annual review of business costs
- Monthly meetings with Directors
Head of Finance requirements:
- Knowledge of Estate Agency accounts preferential
- Knowledge of Xero essential
- Ability to use excel documentation essential
- Tax experience
- A ‘Can do’ attitude
- Attention to detail
- Strategic thinker
- Strong team player
