You will be supporting 2 females and 1 male with learning disabilities who are coming out of residential care into this supported living setting which is a three storey house in Dronsfield.
 
As part of this exciting opportunity you will be required to support with the transition work to ensure it is a positive experience for all of the people supported.
 
The role includes working on a rota basis including day shifts, night shifts and sleep ins.
 
The people here love going out and about especially shopping and bowling, the families are really important to the people supported so you must be able to build positive trusting relationships.
