Phoenix Care Staff are recruiting Support workers to work in Nursing and Residential Homes in your local area!
Our premium customer is looking for people who are compassionate and hard-working to support the home locally. This includes flexible hours to fit around your schedule plans with weekly pay at the end of every week!
Phoenix Care Staff is a successful family-owned company and is located in Lancaster. We have competitive hourly rates, commencing at £10.42 per hour.
The role of a successful Support worker includes:
General housekeeping
Working to your availability
Person centred approach

Healthy relationship with the elderly
Being able to work in a team/with another worker
