Night Support Worker to support Adults with Learning Disabilities in our friendly residential care home situated in Hungerford.
We are seeking enthusiastic, caring people to join our experienced team supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The right candidate will be passionate about supporting people to live a varied, full and rewarding life. Working with vulnerable adults is a varied and rewarding job.
Previous experience is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training.
Key Requirements to be a Support Worker
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- You must be committed to supporting vulnerable people to live their best lives and to support people with respect and with dignity
- Good communciation skills
- Ability to both work under your own initiative but also as part of a team
- Previous experience is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training including being provided with QCF training
Additional Information about the role of Support Worker:
- We cover the cost of your DBS check*
- Enrolment on a QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- 2 or 3 nights per week available
