Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends, and bank holidays. There are a range of shifts that you would be expected to work, including early shifts which are 7.00 am to 3.30 pm and late shifts which are 1230 pm to 8.00 pm plus sleeps.
About the role
From supporting people with going about their everyday life, to helping people to access their communities, you will help the people we support to explore their potential, their interests, and their passions. The goals and ambitions of the people we support are at the forefront of all that we do, and you will play a huge part in making this happen.
A full induction will be carried out on your first shift with this client and training will be provided.
Suitable candidates for this position would ideally have experience working as a Support Worker, carer, health care assistant, mental health worker, experience working with autism or learning disabilities. We are also happy to recruit new candidates to the sector as trainees.
