HOURS: 37.5 Mon-Fri

SALARY: £11.52 - £13.20 PAYE £14.61 UMBRELLA

DURATION: 5 months+

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage a caseload of customers and provide support with any needs that may arise.
• Manage referrals into the service, collaboratively writing risk and needs assessments that reflect service user needs.
• Maintain and build upon pre-existing relationships with external support services, making referrals where appropriate.
• Provide support, advice, and guidance on tenancy issues, welfare benefits, financial, and budgeting matters.
• Signpost customers to any external support available, as well as providing advice, information, and guidance on how to access these independently.
• Carry out building compliance checks such as health and safety, water, and fire.
