SalaryProtea Care Homes has several Supported Living Services in Hertforshire - Watford and Bushey area and we provide a range of support services for the Service Users.
We are passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health diagnosis, including behaviour that challenges. Our main priority is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own! We’re seeking to recruit some fantastic, flexible Support Workers – could this be you?
We have currently recruiting Full Time Support Workers for this service.
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to train you to become an excellent Support Worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values. These are;

The Role:
As a Support Worker at Protea Care Homes your main duties will include:
-Supporting Service Users to access amenities that are in the community
-Supporting Service Users with professional and personal relationships
-Supporting Service Users with accessing education and employment
-Supporting Service Users to set and meet goals
-Supporting Service Users with their physical health
-Ensuring the Service Users home is Safe, Caring, Effective and Responsive
-Assisting line managers with ensuring that the service meets all requirements
