Job Description
- Location: Northwich
- Pay Rate: £18.00ph, double time for public bank holidays.
- Shifts available: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, flexibility to cover weekends and Holiday.
- A driving license is required due to the nature of the role.

What you'll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Team Leader. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Support Workers, conducting and documenting care plans and risk assessments, staff supervisions, and team meetings. You will also work with our Care Managers in supporting the best outcomes for client and staff, ensuring that excellent services are delivered. Every day will be different. And you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you'll be making your clients' days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

What you'll need
Previous senior care assistant/management experience is required, as well as a compassionate and empathetic nature, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key. Whilst the role is predominantly Monday to Friday, we need flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays when required.
