Position Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to lead fulfilling and independent lives. Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Support and Development:

• Facilitate the development of new skills among clients to enhance their independence.
• Assist clients in exploring hobbies and cultivating new interests to enrich their lives.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify goals, manage risks, and implement effective support services.
• Provide personalized support tailored to individual client needs and preferences.

Household Assistance:

• Aid clients with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, meal planning, and cooking, to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Offer basic medical care such as dressing wounds, administering medication, and performing first aid as required, ensuring the health and safety of clients.

Employment Support:

• Support clients in finding or transitioning to new job opportunities, facilitating their integration into the workforce.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client activities, progress, and any relevant information to track their development and support needs effectively.
