Support Worker
ne36 are looking to recruit Support Workers for sites in Sunderland, Seaham and Teesside.
We would be very keen to hear from you if you are interested in working with young adults supporting service users with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
We would be looking for the following in all candidates:
A willingness to provide 1: 1 support Availability to cover night shifts as part of a shared rota A high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery Experience of working with individuals who display behaviour that may challenge services A confident and calm disposition Experience with ASD Background with Learning Disabilities SEMH & ADHD exp would be an advantage, but is not essential Our client offeres exellent benefits, including:
