Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, your primary role will be to provide exceptional support to vulnerable individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. You will need to develop a deep understanding of individual needs and deliver a person-centred approach to care, ensuring all emotional, social, and physical requirements are met. Some of the key duties include:
- Administering medication.
- Assisting with daily living and domestic duties, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Developing positive working relationships with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of clients are always protected.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports, such as support plans and Mar charts.
- Completing all necessary administrative duties.
- Maintaining regular communication with the Service Manager.
- Respecting the individuality and confidentiality of each client.
- Building and maintaining relationships with service users and their families.
