Support Workers Needed In Taunton

Calling all Support Workersin Taunton!
Sirona Medical are in need of care Support Workers to help with a learning disabilities service in Taunton. 
You must have 6 months UK care experience, experience dealing with LDA individuals, challenging & mental health behaviours in a similar environment and be a calming influence. Our clients require round the clock care, so there are a variety of shifts available which include days, nights and weekends.
Unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship or relocation.
Job Purpose:

• Be compassionate and professional
• Be dedicated and flexible
• Be a driver with access to your own vehicle (preferred)
• Have experience working in a similar role
• To provide direct care and support the individuals who use our services by assisting, preparing and enabling the development of their social, physical, personal and health care needs in accordance with their Personal Centred Plan.
• To work as part of a team, working closely with families, friends, advocates and other health and social care professionals to ensure the people we support lead the lives they choose.
• To safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
