Cloud recruit have teamed up with an award-winning care provider of Supported Living Services in the UK. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join their wonderful team as a Supported Living Services Manager.
As a Supported Living Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance, support, and supervision to your team members to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of support to the service users.
Make a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. You'll oversee a service supporting 7 individuals, empowering them to live fulfilling lives within a welcoming and active community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team: Provide high-quality support, coach and train your staff, ensuring their performance aligns with best practices.
- Empower individuals: Collaborate with service users, families, and professionals to create and implement personalised support plans that help them achieve their goals.
- Ensure compliance: Uphold the service's values and meet CQC and commissioner standards. Contribute to a
- positive culture: Manage risks effectively, proactively address concerns, and deliver excellent customer care.
What you bring:
- Warm, caring personality with a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Level 5 Diploma or willingness to undertake a Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5) and other practitioner/leadership training
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience managing staff (approx. 10).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence in undertaking administrative and management tasks.
- A full driving license is desirable.
