We're seeking a Supporter Care Executive to join our fundraising team, and if you're enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer care, possess outstanding communication abilities, and have a keen eye for detail, this position may be perfect for you.
As a Supporter Care Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our supporters have a fantastic experience with us. You'll handle queries, deliver stewardship communications, and accurately allocate fundraising donations. You'll also assist in process enhancement and team development, ensuring that supporting the Prince's Trust is always simple and enjoyable for our supporters.
