SUSHI SOUS CHEF
Salary: £55,000 per annum including tronc
Hours: Full Time 40+hours per week – 5 days per week (out of 7)
Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
Start date: Must be able to start on February 12th, 2024 – for the start of the training schedule.

Who you will be:
· Supervise and ensure that the Sushi section is ready for service on time.
· Control food and operating costs by reducing wastage.
· Organise and set-up the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
· Maintain high levels of cleanness at all times in the kitchen.
· Monitor daily work assigned to Employees ensuring guidelines are followed and take corrective measures immediately.

Who we are:
Los Mochis is seeking outstanding FOH and BOH employees to join one of the biggest and most anticipated new openings of 2024.
Our flagship will elevate the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant will boast a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City.
Los Mochis City will be our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
You must have the right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
