System Accounts Technician

Are you an AAT / part qualified accounts professional with an interest in system implementations and software?
BMC Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working alongside an established business in the Durham area who are looking to recruit a System Accounts Technician on a full time, permanent contract.
As a System Accounts Technician, you will be supporting businesses with software and accounts queries on their Microsoft Dynamics software. Full training will be provided if you have no knowledge of this system and you will be trained on all areas of the system including how to implement and provide support within businesses.
As you become a system user expert, in time, you will become part of the senior projects team (salaries starting at £50,000) and be responsible for on site visits to clients to assist with full system implementations and processes.
Job Duties include:

• Study support and training on Microsoft Dynamics accounting software
• Site visit shadowing to client sites
• Effectively answering any queries and running through accounting solutions with the client.
• Keeping the client up to date on the progress of any outstanding queries
• Liaising with the senior members of the team to resolve client issues.
• Liaising with Software suppliers to resolve client issues.

- Site visits to the clients as part of the projects team
- System Implementation
- Creation of manuals on system processes
- Troubleshooting any issues
