Job Title - Rating Engine Change Administrator
Responsible for supporting the co-ordination, release and documentation of rating engine scheme changes.
This is a permanent position with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating with Pricing and Change Management teams to release rate changes efficiently and quickly
- Action release of Rating Schemes into our Test and Production environments
- Perform post-release testing to ensure successful deployment of rating changes
- Support BAU and project testing processes with the provision of test packs
- To support the enhancement and documentation of procedures for development, testing and release of Polaris rating engine schemes
- To maintain logs and communication documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- To support the wider business on premium queries, providing data and reports on rating logic
- To support project work with requirements gathering and documentation of rating solutions provided
- To carry out any other task associated with the role as reasonably requested
- To act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers whilst delivering a higher standard of customer care and enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Strong Excel skills - V Look Ups, Named Ranges, Index Match etc
- Ideally Maths, Geography or Social Science degree - or equivalent - that used high numeracy skills, structure & process skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
