Systems Administrator - £24 per hour inside ir35 (possible overtime available) - 12 months (extensions likely) - Hertfordshire - Hybrid working (2 days onsite) - Sector: Aerospace & Defence

Yolk recruitment is recruiting for a Systems Administrator to work with a cutting-edge aerospace and defence client.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Facilities Management team covering a UK wide portfolio of assets.

Due to the security nature of this work the candidate must be eligible for SC security clearance and be a sole British passport holder.

Due to initial training the first 2 weeks of work will be fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Support the FM (facilities management) Systems Manager with the building and development of CAFM (computer aided facility management) tool upgrades, patch works and business cases.
• Support the implementation of new functionality and system improvements to support FM and the wider business.
• Responsible for the Interface with stakeholders across the business in relation to CAFM projects.
• Support Technical Lead with CAFM related system issues and configuration changes
• Support the building and delivery of in-house CAFM training for all Floorplate Coordinators, FM Suppliers, FM Team and wider business as and when
• Accountable for producing accurate and insightful reports for Operational activity using appropriate tools and data
• Monitor and review all system activity statistics and provide detailed reports and trend analysis

• Identify and report any data quality or consistency concerns or issues within the system to ensure we maintain excellent and high quality data

Core Skills:

• Experience in managing/implementing small projects (systems/software based projects)
• Understanding and competency in relevant software packages (Planon (CAFM), Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of a range of IT systems and tools - CAFM preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data and information.
• Experience of Excel, BI Dashboards and/or SQL/ HTML

Desirable Skills:

• Hold A Current SC security clearance.
